Governance and public policy research
Service-delivery ratings, citizen consultation and policy testing for governments, agencies and county administrations.
Commissioned by: National ministries, county governments, regulators and public agencies.
Questions we answer
- ?How do citizens rate the services we actually deliver, by ward?
- ?Which reform has public consent, and which will meet resistance?
- ?Where is the gap between what we report and what people experience?
- ?How do we consult at scale without it being captured by the loudest voices?
- ?Has the intervention changed anything, measured against a baseline?
What we measure
- ·Service-delivery satisfaction by ward and service
- ·Policy option testing and reform consent
- ·Citizen consultation at population scale
- ·Baseline, midline and endline measurement
- ·Trust in institutions and perceived corruption
How we field it
Modes are chosen by what the question needs, not by what is cheapest. Read the method.
What you receive
Ward-level service ratings you can publish, defend in public and re-run to show movement.
With the dataset, the cross-tabulations and the method statement. The data is yours outright.
Where we field
54 African markets, to ward level where the administrative geography allows it. Kenya is mapped to all 47 counties, 290 constituencies and 1,450 wards.
Start with a scoping call.
Thirty minutes to fix what the study has to answer, the markets it covers and what it will cost. Nothing goes to field before you sign off the design.
